Sonic the Hedgehog has left a huge mark on me. Even though I think the original creepypasta is really cheesy, it made me really like this concept of deconstructing childhood. Like, imagine those characters you followed going through more serious moments. And I'm not just talking about horror, there's a series here, very animated, from Kirby 64, that takes the characters and makes a super deep and more serious story with them! Again, I like the concept itself, and I think it's cool when they do it well, I'm not one of those boring people who like depth in everything lmao
